....The Commission then considered the application submitted by Gazanfar Ismayil oglu Abdullayev, a deputy of the VII convocation of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, requesting assistance in the process of terminating his parliamentary mandate.

....The application of Gazanfar Ismayil oglu Abdullayev, a deputy of the Supreme Assembly, was examined by the Central Election Commission in accordance with the procedure established by law. As a result of the examination, it was established that there were legal grounds for terminating his parliamentary mandate.

....Taking into consideration the application submitted by Gazanfar Ismayil oglu Abdullayev and pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the Law of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic “On Elections to the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic”, the Central Election Commission adopted a decision to terminate his parliamentary mandate.
