Akram HUSEYNZADA – chairman of Central Election Commission of Nakhchivan  Autonomous Republic

Akram Huseynzada  was born in in 1983.  He graduated from  faculty of   history and philology  of Nakhchivan State University. He is a Doctor of Philosophy on Philology. 

 

 

 

 

Khatira IBRAHIMLI – Deputy Chairman of Central Election Commission of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic

She was born in 1974 in the city of Nakhchivan. She  graduated from Nakhchivan State University in 1998 with a degree in Library Science and Bibliography. She is the Deputy   Chairman of the Trade Union Council of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

 

 

 

 

Arif AGAYEV – Secretary of Central Election Commission of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic

Arif Agayev was born in in 1964.  He graduated from  faculty of philology of Nakhchivan State University and law of Russian New University. He is a lawyer in the Bar Association of  Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

 

 

 

 

 

Shamkhal MAMMADOV – secretary of Central Election  Commission of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic

Shamkhal Mammadov was born in in 1984. He graduated from faculty of international relations  of  Baku State University.  He is a Doctor of Philosophy on History. He is the head of the Department of International Relations at Nakhchivan State University.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ceyran GULIYEVA – member of Central Election Commission of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic

Ceyran Guliyeva  was born in in 1959.  She graduated from  faculty of teaching English and German of  the Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages. She is a Doctor of Philosophy on Philology, Associate Professor.

 

 

 

 

 

Shahla SHIRALIYEVA –  member of Central Election Commission of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic

She was born in 1976 in Nakhchivan. She graduated from Nakhchivan State University in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in Azerbaijani language and literature, and in 2000 with a master's degree in Azerbaijani literature. She is the head of the Department of Journalism and World Literature of Nakhchivan State University.
